Hi! I'm so happy you're here.  I believe in your greatness. I believe you are worthy. I believe you can have anything you want, exactly how you want it.

My professional experience connecting with people began in talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership in the corporate world. My roles ranged from recruitment for large national organizations to vice-presidencies in highly-reputable healthcare firms. While I thrived in these positions, my innermost intuition always urged me to serve myself and others in a deeper way. I knew it was time to step into my fear, find my power, and live in an extraordinary way. For me, that was achieved by becoming a Certified Life and Leadership Coach. My innate gifts of connection, intuition, and inspiration defined my destiny – to support individuals and organizations in becoming extraordinary, however that is defined by them.

I myself am no stranger to challenge and triumph. I lost my mother tragically at the young age of 24. I became a single mother at 28 and had to rebuild myself and my career. I then found the love of my life and have worked mindfully and relentlessly to blend our families. The people in my life would always comment and joke, “She’s Wonder Woman” – but really I just knew something. I knew that I could be imprisoned by my external life circumstances, or I could be empowered. I could choose victim, or I could choose warrior. I could react, or I can respond. I learned that life is about choice. All about choice.

It is through this belief that I chose to become a Certified Professional Coach through the highly-accredited IPEC Coaching School. In learning about Core Energy Coaching™, I was inspired to earn a secondary certification as a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership. Talk about a mind-blowing way to learn about yourself.  To beautifully compliment my coaching, I became a Rapid Transformational Therapist, under the direct training of the RTT - Hypnotherapy pioneer, Marisa Peer. 

Above all, I am here for you. I am here to listen, to guide, to be your cheerleader, to call you on your bullshit, to be your sounding board, your facilitator, your partner… and ultimately to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be…while experiencing more happiness along the way.
