I wasn't sure I bought into the whole "cellular shifts" thing until
now, but I can't un-know what I experienced at Worthy Human Live.

That toothpaste isn't going back in the tube.

Through all that Tracy led, I admitted to myself that I wasn't
pursuing the avenue in my business that is closest to my soul. I was
dancing around it, thinking I couldn't do multiple avenues of creative
work. Thinking and telling myself I had to wait until later in life.
Or until I had made a certain amount of money, or accomplished
something different.

I was stifling my own emotional processing - it wasn't ok as a child.
I was refusing to let my trauma out and instead holding on to my old
stories for fear of not having an identity anymore. I didn't know who
I would be. I had no idea how my unwillingness to process trauma - ANY
TRAUMA EVER in my life - was holding me back from doing the one thing
I'm here to do. But now it all clicks and makes sense.

The weekend was so intense and revelatory - this is a hugely unique
experience, like nothing I've ever attended.

I feel like I have permission to go be ALL of myself, not just a piece
or a hint of who I am, but that I have been put here on this earth to
do the very thing I love and share it with the world.
